Yoga Basics Workshop
6 Wednesdays: January 6 – February 10

This special six-week series is designed to introduce you to the foundational poses. These poses build strength and increase flexibility while helping eliminate stress and promoting the ability to relax. The sessions will be held live online via Zoom. Tonya will be able to see you and provide guidance as you practice, including how to use common household items as props. Each class will be recorded so you can repeat it throughout the week to support your developing practice.
