Experience the benefits of yoga by starting with the basics. In this class, emphasis is given to learning the fundamentals of alignment with poses that stretch and strengthen the body. With practice, you may discover increased clarity for the mind, energy for the body, and peace for the soul.

Lauren is a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor who values yoga for the sense of balance, freedom and peace it brings to our lives. She loves to share the benefits of yoga with others, and provides a challenging, fun and safe environment for individual learning and exploration.
