Free Introductory Class
The best way to introduce yourself to the benefits of yoga is to start with the basics. Our Introductory Yoga Class is for people who have never done yoga or are new to Iyengar Yoga.
Elementary poses and basic principles of alignment will be introduced to give you a preview of what you’ll experience when you join one of our Level 1 classes.

In this class, emphasis is given to learning the fundamentals of alignment with poses that stretch and strengthen the body. With practice, you may discover increased clarity for the mind, energy for the body, and peace for the soul.
