The best way to introduce yourself to the benefits of yoga is to start with the basics. Our Introductory Yoga Class is for people who have never done yoga or are new to Iyengar Yoga.
Elementary poses and basic principles of alignment will be introduced to give you a preview of what you’ll experience when you join one of our Level 1 classes.

A well rounded and balanced 60-minute practice to lift your energy and spirit. At least 6 months of Iyengar Yoga practice is recommended to join this class to rejuvenate and revitalize the body and mind.
