Enjoy a full weekend of yoga and friendship at a beautiful lodge nestled in the Oregon Coast Range. The Coastal Mountain Sport Haus, located an hour drive from Portland, provides a peaceful country setting for us to gather and immerse ourselves in the study of yoga and the beauty of the natural world. Yoga instruction includes asana, pranayama and discussion of yoga philosophy; all levels of experience are welcome. There are plenty of ways to spend your free time during the weekend: Take a walk through the meadow; hike or bike on nearby trails; settle into a comfy chair on the porch with a good book, or enjoy a dip in the warm soaking pool.
Tonya Garreaud has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for almost 20 years and currently holds the Iyengar Yoga Intermediate Junior III teaching certification. Her classes are challenging and rewarding, taught with friendliness and warmth. She has a keen interest in yoga philosophy and teaches students how to incorporate yoga into their everyday lives.
Beginning with asana class Friday at 10:00 and ending Sunday afternoon, the retreat cost is all-inclusive: two nights’ lodging, delicious meals prepared onsite using fresh, local ingredients, and over 10 hours of yoga instruction with Tonya.
Prices include yoga and meals, based on accommodations:
- Carriage House Women’s Bunk Room $525
- Semiprivate Lodge Room (separate beds) $575
- Couple’s Lodge Room (king size bed) $580 (each)
- Private Lodge Room single occupancy $650
Each lodge room has a private half-bath. Shower rooms are located in the main lodge for everyone’s use.

Buckhorn Springs Yoga Retreat

The Oregon Shakespeare festival is only 20 minutes away in Ashland.

She teaches Iyengar Yoga as a transformative practice with clarity, intuition and gentle humor.
$1225 Includes five nights & lodging, three meals daily and two yoga sessions per day. Fees are based on double occupancy accommodations. A limited number of single rooms are available for an additional fee of $300. A single room with a shared bath may be available for an additional fee of $225.
