Join us for class. We have classes for all levels, 7 days a week. Spring Term began on April 1st and continues through June 22nd. We will be closed for classes on Memorial Day, May 27th.
We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
