Winter Break

We are closed for regular classes during Winter Break: Dec. 16 – Jan. 5.  All Level classes are on Thursdays at 5:30 during the break: Dec. 20 and 27, Jan. 3.  Winter Term begins Sunday, January 6.


Why Iyengar Yoga

We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).


Free Intro Classes

The best way to introduce yourself to the benefits of yoga is to start with the basics.  Join us for either of our 2 upcoming introductory classes on Wednesday, January 2 at 5:30 pm, or Saturday, January 5 at 9:00 am.  ALL ARE WELCOME.
