We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
Terry Peterson will be leading a “Tribute to BKS Iyengar” practice of 100 poses on July 27th from 5:30-7:30pm to celebrate the centennial of Iyengar’s birth in 1918.
