Registration is open for our 4-week session of ONLINE classes. All classes will be offered virtually via ZOOM. Register for the full month, or drop-in to classes. April 5 – May 2.
We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
