We will be OPEN for online classes Memorial Day, May 25th. Registration is open for our 4-week session of ONLINE classes in June. All classes will be offered virtually via ZOOM. Register for the full month, or drop-in to classes. May 31 – June 27.
We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
