We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
Looking to dig a little deeper? We have a wide variety of workshops this Fall, for all levels, interests, and abilities. Next up – Target Class: Aim for a Challenging Pose, with Tonya Garreaud. Level 2 students and above welcome.
