Join Us For Class!

We are open for all regular classes on Monday, Jan. 21 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day.  We have classes for all levels, 7 days a week.  Winter Term began January 6 and continues through March 30.


Why Iyengar Yoga

We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
