We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
Come and join us for a free introductory Iyengar Yoga class. Classes will be on Sunday, March 5 from 11 am – 12:30 pm and on Sunday, March 12 from 11 am – 12:30 pm.
