We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
Many aspects of modern Western culture contribute to a disconnect from the pelvic region. This workshop July 16 will focus on asana and breathing techniques to reconnect to our root. Open to all levels and all genders.
