Registration is open for Winter Term, which is Jan. 3 – March 31, 2018. Fall Term continues through Dec. 16. There are no regular classes during our holiday break: Dec. 17 – Jan. 2.
We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
