Join us for weekly yoga classes at our beautiful Portland yoga studio. Fall Term began Sept. 11 and continues through Dec. 17. Classes are available every day of the week.
We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
Join Elise Miller for a weekend of challenging but playful yoga October 21 – 23. Register for the Iyengar Yoga Intensive (Friday and Saturday) or Yoga for Scoliosis on Sunday.
